I lived here for two years and loved it. Very clean and fresh: luxury vinyl hardwood plank flooring throughout (no scratches/water marks to worry about!), all plantation shutters, double pane windows (no noise), landscaped yard (owner pays gardener), lovely front porch and backyard, and a quiet, great neighborhood. Air conditioning, central heat, laundry room, and comfy gas fireplace insert in living room. Partial mountain view from upstairs main bedroom. 2 car garage (may have shelving) and 2 driveway parking spots. Not an HOA location. Great location - about a 10-minute walk to downtown and about a 5-minute walk to North Mountain Park (with Bear Creek.) Looking for long-term renters, so month-to-month lease optional, but year lease preferred. Pets will be considered upon meeting them. There is a large doggie door already installed off the kitchen to the fenced back yard (we used it for our black lab.)

Renter responsible for water, electricity, gas, and cable. Owner pays garbage and gardener.
Pets will be only be considered upon meeting them and an additional contract/security deposit may be collected.
No indoor smoking. Longer rental period ok. Available August 3, 2026 (possibly Aug 1)
