Home was built in 2008 by Bruce Hendrix Construction. Home has vaulted ceiling in living/kitchen/dining area. Living room has a gas fireplace, with brank new gas logs that have never been used! Kitchen has solid oak cabinets, with under cabinet lighting. Stainless refrigerator, stove, vented microwave, and dishwasher remain with the house. Laundry room has deep sink and tankless water heater. Master bedroom has adjoining master bath with garden tub and stand up shower (with seat), and also a huge walk in closet. Master bath also has toilet closet. Other bedrooms also feature ceiling fans and walk-in closets. All windows have Levelor blinds.

Double carport has adjacent utility room, which houses the attic space. Utility room also has a deep freezer, which will remain with the house. Separate metal building is great for housing lawn equipment.

You should be asking what the yards look like and the neighbors stop and glare at you as a women. I have my HS daughter jump in the car before anyone can see her due to unsafe feeling we have had to call the police twice one was just the other day a guy trying to break in. I am a single mother with 2 children. I would rather dogs be running around"
