The house's very open layout includes the large living room, kitchen, eating area, and large den (all in one large open space). The large den opens to the covered pouch.

The abundance of natural light flows seamlessly throughout the living room. The addition of window roller shades in this "entertainment" area gives the space a very nice appearance.

The entire house has been completely updated with all new kitchen stainless steel appliances, all new flooring throughout the house, all new bathroom vanities with granite countertops.

The house has three bedrooms plus a family room that can be used as a bedroom. Including: 1) A very large primary bedroom with master bathroom and large custom closet for increased storage and functionality. and 2) The second and the third bedroom each have a closet.

All rooms have ceiling fans.

The master bathroom has a walk in shower. The main bathroom has a tub shower.

The house is located in a nice quiet safe neighborhood. Many of the neighbors have lived here for 10+ years.
We offer keyless entry for self-check-in.

Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio! The backyard has a orange tree and kumquat tree. The last few years, the orange tree produced over 250 oranges, and the kumquat tree produced over 800 kumquats We do not put any chemicals in the yard, so when the fruits are ripe (Nov, Dec, & Jan), feel free to pick.

There are no stairs in or to the house. It is level.

FURNISHED:

This home will be furnished in early March. As furnished, it will have: Living room: couch, loveseat, chair (all with tables that are good for laptops), TV ; Family room: Daybed, 2 chairs; Kitchen: 3 swivel chairs at Island + table & 6 chairs; Primary bedroom: queen bed, bedside tables, and TV; bedrooms #2 and #3: each with a full bed and bedside tables; Patio: 4 swivel chairs, table.

The furnished monthly rent rate is $2,800 (landlord pays for all utilities, Wi-Fi, grass cutting). Minimum lease term is one month if rented as furnished house. Contact the landlord for pictures of his other furnished houses. This house will be furnished exactly like my other furnished houses (They are VERY upscale). The other houses will give you an idea of what this furnished house will look like.

If a tenant for a furnished house needs another bed, an inflatable queen bed (18 inch mattress & headboard) that is has full-body support and a built-in pump...It is comfortable) can be supplied so that there is bedding for 8 people.

If the tenant is using the family room as a 4th bedroom, the landlord will provide a 3-panel room divider that is a stylish privacy screen. It creates your perfect space with ease. This 3-panel room divider allows you to effortlessly define and separate your living from the family room/(Bedroom #4), while ensuring privacy and a modern aesthetics.

If a tenant wants a unfurnished house before we furnish it, the monthly rental rate is $2,400 for a minimum of 12 months (As a unfurnished house, the tenant pays for all utilities and Wi-Fi. The landlord will pay for grass cutting)

Owner pays for all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and grass cutting.

No smoking.

You should be asking what the yards look like and the neighbors stop and glare at you as a women. I have my HS daughter jump in the car before anyone can see her due to unsafe feeling we have had to call the police twice one was just the other day a guy trying to break in. I am a single mother with 2 children. I would rather dogs be running around"
