The abundance of natural light flows seamlessly throughout the open-floor plan living and dining areas.

The living room (with 12 ft Vaulted Ceilings) is a VERY spacious living space (couch, love seat, swivel chair, Samsung TV). It has a beautiful kitchen and upscale kitchen table for four. The living room has plenty of room for you to exercise. The living room and kitchen have views of the private backyard.

The family room doubles as the 4th bedroom and has a place to work (table and office chair), along with additional comfortable seating and a daybed. The house has Infinity high speed WIFI (Typically Download Mbps: +400 Mbps, Upload Mbps: +11.0). The home has a router with two repeaters to provide a wide coverage area both inside and outside.

The house has four bedrooms. Including: 1) One large master bedroom with queen sized bed, TV, master bathroom and walk-in closet, and 2) Two additional bedrooms each have full-sized beds with closets, and 3) A family room with a daybed and walk in closet. All rooms have ceiling fans. We value our guests' need for a good night's sleep, studying or getting work done. All new full bed mattresses (Nectar Memory foam) beds are extremely comfy and have received many "Best Memory Foam Mattress" awards!

The master bathroom has a walk in shower. The main bathroom has a tub shower.

The house is located in a nice quiet safe neighborhood. Many of the neighbors have lived here for 10+ years.
We offer keyless entry for self-check-in. Televisions are with Roku to accommodate your streaming experience.

Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio with 4 swivel chairs plus other chairs!

Distance to Southeast Health Hospital: Drive: 2.3 miles (5 minutes). The Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (ACOM) is also close by.

House is less than 5 minutes from nearby shopping including: Publix grocery store (0.7 mile), Walmart super-center (2.7 miles), and restaurants.

Perfect for the short-term and medium-term rental needs. Great for corporate housing or temporary housing for one month, three months, six months, etc..

A height adjustable desk is available in one of the bedrooms for work or computer games.

Pets are allow with prior approval from landlord. Cleaning fee $150. We provide video surveillance of the outside of the property and provide keyless entry.

Utilities, high speed Wi-fi, and lawn maintenance are paid for by landlord. No smoking.

You should be asking what the yards look like and the neighbors stop and glare at you as a women. I have my HS daughter jump in the car before anyone can see her due to unsafe feeling we have had to call the police twice one was just the other day a guy trying to break in. I am a single mother with 2 children. I would rather dogs be running around"
