Significant damage to the interior or exterior, large items left behind, and/or leaving the property in a condition where an extensive deep clean is needed, will be considered for deduction of deposit.

The home is non-smoking on the interior.

The tenant is responsible for lawn care upkeep and keeping the property lot clean.
Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.

Any maintenance issues must be reported as soon as issue occurrs through management portal. Any maintenance required will be assigned through managements set list of contractors. No maintenance or repairs should be done without management approval or may result in tenants financial responsibility.

    "The neighborhood is great for the most part. A lot of people do commute out of town for work or any entertainment. The town itself feels really neighborly and well preserved. The only negative I can produce is the amount of drug use that this town continuously faces and unfortunately it is starting to affect our crime rate and our children."
