Heat and hot water is gas and are included in the rent. Wall-to-wall carpeting except in kitchen area. Laundry facilities available in building as well as storage unit. Trash pickup, snow removal and lawn care are included. There is a $30 non-refundable screening fee for credit/background check. Good credit is a MUST. Cats okay. No dogs.

One year lease. One month's rent security deposit. Heat and hot water included in rent. Renter is responsible for electricity. Cats are okay but no dogs.
