"I have lived in this area or over 10 years. Overall I have not had any bad experiences while living in this area. My car was broken into once, and another car was totaled in a hit and run right in front of my house. I had the luxury of having wonderful neighbors who looked out for one another. If you are looking to live in Newark I will say this is a good neighborhood but not one that I would be comfortable raising my family in any longer."
