* Chemical-free home for the most part (cleaning products, etc).

Seeking roommate who is also easy-going, smart, friendly, non-smoking, and clean in common areas (especially kitchen sink and counters). Please have a reliable income source / employment. Partial work-from-home (2-3 days/week is fine). No additional pets please.

* Easy 30 day-trial to see if it's a mutual fit; month-to-month after that. Potential for long-term lease.
