Supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping, gym are all close by, and the Urfer Park (part of Sarasota Co. park system) is within walking distance. Lots of sidewalks in the area make it ideal for biking. this is a roomy home ideal for family living and entertaining inside and out."

"The area is great however the club house is outdated and is used only for card playing, bingo and pool tables. The "so called" work out area is very very poor. Upgrades need to be made to this clubhouse. "
