You enter into the open living area, furnished with a leather sectional with three recliners, an entertainment center with a 60" Smart TV with DirectTV and a Bose sound system. From the living area, you'll find the dining area and designer gourmet kitchen, highlighted by a granite topped 4.5' by 8' island. Stainless steel appliances plus a gas cooktop and custom cabinets round out the kitchen. Easily accessed from the kitchen is a computer nook with cabinets, and a utility room with a washer, gas dryer, and an upright freezer. A sliding glass window wall leads to your own "secret garden", featuring a Weber gas BBQ, a double lounger, casual dining tables and chairs, and a 55" TV. Enjoy lounging or al fresco dining in the landscaped courtyard. The courtyard is east facing, which means no afternoon sun! The split bedroom design includes the front bedroom, measuring 12' by 10' with a queen size bed, a dresser and a nightstand as well as and ample walk-in closet. It has access to the large, fully equipped hall bath. On the other end of the house, you'll find the primary suite furnished with a king size bed, a dresser, a chest of drawers, two nightstands, and an accent chair. The bedroom measures 14' by 14'. The primary bath feels like your own private spa, with two vanities, a large soaking tub, an oversized shower, and a private toilet room. Just off the bath is a large walk-in closet. A two-car garage with opener is accessed from the back of the property. For an additional $350 per month, a thrd bedroom can be made available. Linens and towels are included.

Property available April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026. Prefer six month lease, minimum three month lease. Monthly rent includes all utilities, Direct TV, and Quantum Fiber internet. Property is fully furnished and outfitted for comfortable living! Home is being marketed as two bedroom, however for and additional $300 per month, a third bedroom can be available. Property has parking for two cars, unside the two car garage. Rent includes access to two community pools.
