The house has a shared large kitchen and living room, dishwasher, washer/dryer, a gas fireplace, metal roof and 2 parking spaces. There's a lot of beautiful natural landscaping throughout, several patio areas, and a privacy fence.

Rent is month to month. Prefer someone who would like to stay longer term, like 9-12 months, more if great housemate match. Security, 1st and last months rent due at lease signing with landlords. The total rent of the house is $2,200. Each tenant pays $1,100. Electric, gas, internet and garbage fee is split in half.

Some house rules are no fire arms, no smoking anywhere, shoes off in house, no burning of candles or incense and clean-up after yourself in common areas. No free-roaming pets, but will consider a cat if it stays in the master bedroom.
