    "Homes with loose off-leash dogs are the only real issue. I have 4 dogs. This is a neighborhood of houses with yards, so fenced backyards seem standard. There are dog-friendlier neighborhoods, but this isn’t bad. "

Lastly I’d also like to point out that Carson street has only two lanes and when a bus pulls over it often cause a lot of congestion. "
