Wright Park is a 10 acre neighborhood park just down the street that the City of Lakewood recently renovated. Restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores along Union Boulevard and in the Union Square area are within walking distance or a few minutes by car.

Work and Commuting
St. Anthony Hospital and its medical campus are about one mile from the unit, which makes this a practical home for healthcare workers. The Denver Federal Center and Red Rocks Community College are both a short drive or bike ride away. The RTD W Line Federal Center light rail station is about one mile away and runs directly to Union Station in downtown Denver and to Golden. The 6th Avenue freeway is minutes away and reaches downtown Denver in about 10 minutes, with quick connections to I-70, C-470, Golden, and the mountains.
