In my view, the education that is received places Lew-Port graduates among the best students in Western New York. Most graduates go on to four year colleges and successfully complete their education. Many of those who complete their bachelor's degree then go on to graduate and professional schools. If a student is not successful in this district, the blame should not be on the district but on either the student or the parents. Looking to blame others for lack of achievement is the easy way out. My family's experience in this district highly positive and productive. Clearly there is always room for improvement but that is true of any organization.
