"Small peaceful town of 3500, tranquil with parks, surrounded by farmland a great German heritage keeping the city very desirable to live in. Centrally located to Salem and Portland with a 20-45 minute drive to each. Woodburn is 7 miles away to the outlet mall for shopping and Silverton another very cool city is 4 miles away equipped with much night life, shopping and cool factor appeals as well! "

"I lived in this house in the town of Mount Angel for 5 years and loved the small town feel. Coming from the city it was a huge change but one me and my whole family loved. At this time I still own the home, have many friends in MA and visit frequently."
  • t4uanme
"Small town life! I love this place! You get to let the kids play outside without worry. The Oktoberfest every September gets the entire town involved in fund raising and celebrations. People are "neighborly". It's an easy drive to Salem or Portland for work or shopping and a great escape back home from the same! "
  • Dalekim
"I live and work here. It's an excellent neighborhood with young families and retirees. I love it here."
