About this House

This spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bath with bonus loft area will be freshly painted throughout. This unit has a beautiful second story balcony with Trex decking and steps. The entire apartment has luxury vinyl flooring. There is a small mudroom/sunroom upon entering which leads into the living room area. It has a small galley style kitchen which includes a range and refrigerator. There is a larger dining room area just off of the kitchen. The bedrooms are quite spacious and accommodate a king-size bed. The bathroom is off of the bedroom and is also larger than average. Onto the second floor of this unit you will find a wide open space that can be used for a bedroom area, office area, playroom - so many great things that can be done with this space. The shower is smaller in size in this area, but is functional. It also has a small vanity as well as a newer washer and dryer just purchased within the last year. Washer and dryer is not warranted by the Owner. Any repair or replacement needed with the unit would be at tenant's expense. This unit also includes a small open garage area to park your vehicle as well as a small space that can be used for storage.

Utilities are not separated at this unit. There is a newer heat pump and central air conditioning. The BGE bill is split between two tenants. Water, sewer and trash is also split fairly.
