Awhatukee is nestled in the mountains, 20 min from the airport. It's a Complete family neighborhood with hiking, walking , biking trails all minutes from the house. Grocery stores, movies, restaurant, parks, anything at your fingertips , less than 5 min away by car.

The furnished condos are stunning ! Beautiful inside , All state of the art , very modern & contemporary. All upgraded granite kitchens , stainless steel appliances ,beautiful lighting , tile flooring . The furniture & housewares are new and contemporary - Smart TVs in every unit and a second TV in the master.

At the property , they have spared no expense , there is every amenity possible . 3 salt water heated pools, with beautiful resort style pool & loung areas. There are covered gazebos , several gas fire places -10 big screen TV's at the pool as There is a world class HUB area- filled with 12 to 15 big screens, smart tv sound system , everything touchscreen available , pool table, poker table, shuffleboard Atari. A beautiful fitness area , quiet gazebos , incredible lounge chairs, barbecue area, beautiful sitting areas at night with gas fireplaces. everything at your fingertips.

Besides relaxing your day away at the property. There is fantastic shopping , fashion mall 10 miles away, 2 outlet malls less than 8 minutes as well. 5 golf courses either 5 miles , Local gyms and health spas if that is what you are looking for.

The condos set up with the king in the master, and the second room has a queen and a twin .
