No guest, or owner, may stay more than 29 days in a row. The HOA fee covers ALL utilities, cable tv, intenet, and maintenance of the entire building's exterior and grounds. You have the option to let the resort manage your bookings, or self manage for a small fee. Sale includes a full marketing package, furnishings and can be financed with 25% down.
