Newly painted interior. Wood laminate flooring throughout. Newer dual-pane windows throughout. Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave oven, gas stove, dishwasher, disposal, solid-surface countertops. One-car carport with separate laundry room, washer & dryer included.

Large grass front yard. The large, enclosed backyard is 100% PRIVATE and fenced with pavers, grass, patio areas, mature shade tree, beautiful landscaping with yard art, shade cloths, potting/tool shed. When you are back there, with the sound of birds chirping, you will forget you are living in the middle of a busy city!

In addition, in the backyard, there is a detached 200 square foot finished, air-conditioned bonus room with vaulted ceiling and its own separate mini-split air conditioner. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
