Small town feel...10 min drive to larger, busier Colorado towns and cities. 3 hr drive to Steamboat Springs, 40min to WY border...35min to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park..Lakes and boating/fishing 10 min away...Beautiful views of the Rocky Mountain Peaks..."

"Mountain views for the entire town, great community feel. Very safe with amazing access to fort collins and Boulder. The schools are good and the town is slowly growing. The downtown is very quaint and growing with new places to shop and eat. Everyone is very friendly, great place to settle if you want to have kids someday or you are retiring. Singles might be bored, but its a quick drive to the action."
