Hello everyone. There is a 1 huge Master's bedroom available for rent with big space own bathroom, shower room, bath tub and a walk in closet in our 2-story house (brand new) available immediately for 6 months lease then month to month rental. House is located at West Lancaster. The price includes utilities (water, gas, and electricity) with internet and directv in the living room. Each room is big with small fridge included, bed provided if wanted, street parking only, huge living space and kitchen that are great for entertaining, baking, and cooking. The room is private. The room is strictly for 1 person ONLY. The neighborhood is quiet (culdesac) and location is next to AV College, close to Walmart, 99 cents, Vallarta etc. Safe environment A bit about us... We are a professional married couple and we share the upper story with my dad. I'm a civil engineer and my husband works from home as a Case Manager Nurse. We also speak Spanish and Tagalog as our second language. Ideal candidate would be someone who is clean and respectful and has a stable job or a student. No pets, LGBT friendly. No smoking or drugs. No overnight visits with exception. Please be able to provide proof of income and forms of identification. One month advance rent of $1300 and last month rent/security deposit $1300 Rent: $1300 per month with utilities included. Serious inquiries ONLY.

    "This neighborhood was built on 2017 so pretty much one owner houses, quiet, lovely & clean, you don’t see a lot of people walking on the streets, your exercising walking their dogs pick up their mail and people delivering packages. Nothing else not too many kids playing on the street"
