This place is truly like no other. This home sits down a long driveway off the road at the end of a dead end road! Heavily wooded and beautiful, truly peaceful.

Key features of the house include very large covered front and back porches, rock patio directly off the back sliding glass door, storage building, five acres with plenty of room to relax and enjoy nature. There is one decent size spot that gets direct sun for the majority of the day where a garden could be planted.

This home sits right off highway 107 approximately five miles from the back gate of the Jacksonville Air Force Base. 15 minutes from Cabot, Jacksonville or Sherwood! Just a bit farther for Conway or North Little Rock.

Home was built in 2017 and features a red metal roof, completely painted one year ago, in great condition. We are leaving a stackable washer and dryer unit in the home as well as a refrigerator, oven and microwave over oven.

Landlord lives less than one mile away and can be available within a few hours if needed from emergencies.

Lease Duration: One year with option to go month to month after such time. Six month lease will be considered on a case by case basis and for specific reasons.

Policies: Pets are allowed but only to live outside. No pets allowed inside the house, we have lots of options for pets to sleep on the porches, under the porches, etc. No smoking inside the house.

Tenant Responsibilities: We ask that our tenant maintain the mowing of the grass inside the fenced area around the house. Landlord will take care of the remaining five acres, clearing fence rows, clearing trees that have fallen, etc.

Utilities: Electric provided by First Electric Cooperatives; Water & Trash provided by MidArkansas Utilities; Home is on a septic system so the number of individuals living in the house is important. Ideally no more than two adults and two- three kids. High speed internet is available through a few different service providers- I believe Suddenlink, Optimum and Brightspeed.
