Just outside the neighborhood 1 mile to the east is a natural spring that comes out into Loves Creek near the park on Loves Creek Road."

New Harvest Park is close by which has a Farmers Market every Thursday in addition to walking trails and a splash pad for the young at heart. There is also plenty of shopping at the strip mall off Washington Pike (including Target, Old Navy, and Bed Bath and Beyond). Mulberry Square is also on the bus route with a bus stop at the neighborhood entrance. "

    "This. Is a very nice. Neighborhood it is a super safe area for kids. You have nice Clean neighbors from families with kids to retired folks just a wide age group and everyone is nice. In the neighborhood they do area garage sales and Get togethers and streets are safe to walk on plus you are very close. To shopping. Centers. Maybe 6 mins away but far enough away to feel like nice Country subdivision living here. Easy access to i40 or 640 perfect location to get to anywhere in knoxville come check it out!"
