Shared bathroom.

Two rooms are $800/mo and the smaller by bathroom is $750. There is someone living in the Master bedroom already. She is a nursing student and also works.

Full access to dining room and living room, laundry and backyard. The home common areas are furnished.

The bedrooms can be furnished with a bed and table or unfurnished depending on preference.

I do have cookware and dinnerware in kitchen.

Shared laundry room.

Landlord has all utilities in their name and bills back tenants on a split basis depending on how many rooms are occupied.
Landscaping service, internet, electricity, gas, water are back billed on a split basis.

Cleaning rotation for the common areas, no slobs.

No drama

No drugs

No pets

Rooms are single occupancy

Ideally 6 mo lease but we are able to offer month to month terms on a case by case basis for additional fee.
