Master bedroom, master bath, and office are also on first floor. Large country kitchen with all appliances included. Gas range. Electric oven. Modern refrigerator/ freezer with ice maker. Kitchen comes fully equipped. Mud room/laundry also on first floor. Washer and dryer included. Family room has gorgeous windows, ample seating, and large screen TV. Upstairs comprised of two large bedrooms and full Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedrooms have 1 queen, 1 king, 1 twin bed, plus toddler bunk beds. Garage, basement, and farm areas/barns/outbuildings are not included. Lawn will be mowed/maintained by owner.

This is a short-term lease. Renters may rent July through December.
Owner provides water, propane, septic. Trash pick up is not available but a neighborhood receptacle is nearby. Owner will pay electric bill (up to $200). Garage space is not included but ample private parking inside fenced/electronically gated perimeter.
3 bedrooms provide large closets. Office, also on first floor has mountain views. Some off season closets will be used by owner. Mattresses are clean & spotless-enclosed in washable waterproof fabric. Garage, basement, and farm areas/barns/outbuildings are not included in rental.
Due to allergies, we must forbid smoking of any nature.
Wood burning fireplace is not to be used.

The weather is moderate with 4 delighful seasons. We do get a little winter but even when that comes you can still gt out and about. The lake has something for everyone from condo and townhomes to cottages to large estates. You can find older an new construction. so come check us out"

Located near the port for The Virginia Dare signtseeing paddlewheel boat, the Park Shores neighborhood overlooks beautiful wide-water and is in close proximity to the famous "S-Curve" of the lake. The neighborhood is filled with lovely homes and by evidence of two new custom-built properties in the construction process, it shows the viability and desirability of this part of Smith Mountain Lake. Who wouldn't want to live in Paradise?"
