We are seeking a SINGLE OCCUPANT ONLY. A small pet is ok, but we are looking for individual applicants only.
This is a one year lease, which upon expiration reverts to a month to month lease. First month rent, security deposit and pet deposit (if applicable) due upon signing of the lease.
The security deposit is NOT for last months rent.
Rent is due the 1st of every month and a $50 late fee will be charged for any late payments or non-sufficient funds. Keys for the Unit, Mailbox and Laundry room will be issued to tenant and to replace lost or damaged keys is $30.
The shared Laundry facilities are free to use for tenants only. Tenants are expected to keep Laundry area clean and expected not to damage any equipment or let anyone else use the facilities. Failure to do so may result in the removal of equipment permanently. A key will be issued for the laundry facilities and the laundry room is expected to be locked at all times.
Pets are welcome but require a $100 pet deposit in addition to the security deposit and only one cat or one small dog are allowed to be in the unit. Tenants with pets are expected to clean up after their pets and keep them leashed and they may not be a nuisance to any other tenants.
There is no assigned parking space for this unit. You must park your vehicle on the street.
Water, Trash and Gas utilities are included in the rental cost of the unit. Tenant is responsible for acquiring their own Electricity Utility Provider. Phone, Cable Satellite, etc. are also not included and it is up to the tenant to procure these services themselves.
Tenant is expected to report any damages, safety concerns or maintenance issues to management immediately. Any and all concerns with other tenants or other units should be addressed with management.
Only the name or names listed on the lease may stay overnight at the unit. Permission from management is required for any overnight guests and stay is limited to a maximum of 2 weeks unless arrangements are made with management.
There is no assigned parking space for this unit. Street Parking is available. There are security cameras on the front of the unit and in the back by the carport and laundry room. Access to camera and footage can be obtained with a request from management. Management is not responsible for damage or theft of vehicles on or off the property.
Tenants are not allowed to keep anything outside their unit on the walkways or balconies. Tenants are not allowed to plant anything on the grounds of the apartment or remove any existing.
