About this House

Peaceful studio apartment on lower level of quiet home. Available for a three or six month lease term starting January 1 (option to renew as month-to-month after the original term). Showings will begin after December 15th. Separate entrance, dedicated off-street parking. Located on a private road and bordered by wooded acreage, and still very close to the amenities in the Enka/Candler area.

Studio space is newly renovated, serene, and fully furnished. All utilities included. Access to additional non-heated/cooled storage space is negotiable. Kitchenette is sufficient but basic, so not ideal for someone who does a lot of cooking. Furnished with mini fridge, dishes, microwave, electric kettle and toaster oven (can be used for baking). Bedding and towels available if needed.

Upstairs resident is homeowner and lives a quiet life, works from home. Looking for a similarly quiet/low-key individual (couples not preferred but willing to consider). Pets not preferred, but willing to consider a small dog.

Initial three or six month lease that rolls to month-to-month.
