10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIn my opinion, the principal had cared more about what the girls were wearing than their academic capabilities. She would deliberately point out a girl and humiliate her if a bra strap had been out, a back was showing, or if an inch of stomach was revealed. She also very inappropriately would tell the girls that there were 3-4 b’s in which were not to be shown. Back, belly, behinds, and cleavage. Yet would tell the boys a very minimal amount and rules. This is only a problem if you see it as a problem in which what the girls are wearing are not at all supposed to be deemed as a violation unless they are genuinely wearing clothing that may be harmful at they’re 13-14 selves. It is unacceptable and I do not find it appropriate at all. Besides the principal I find the teachers to be delightful in which they happen to induce joy into my child due to their teaching methods and wonderful attitude. My child was wonderfully happy with all of her teachers and was able to create a bond with each of them. My kid was able to break out of her shell and participate in each class comfortably. Hoping that the new principal is more open minded this year and doesn’t immediately undermine the young girls for the upcoming school year.Parent Review9mo ago - Central High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have had two children go to this high school. Moving into this district is one of the worst decisions I've made for my family. B. Central is a racist, homophobic, transphobic school. Look up the history of this school and news reports! My child was bullied and mistreated. Administration does nothing to help or support kids here. The school would not honor my child's 504 plan. I had to hire an advocate to have success in getting support for my child. There was one really awesome coach there. I am grateful for that. Otherwise, this is a disaster of a school. Thank goodness my kids are naturally smart and capable of getting into college without much support. Warning-- if your child needs any support at all, any guidance at all, you will not get it at Central. Your child will be on his/her own!Parent Review1y ago - Lily Lake Grade School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averageok school if your student is average. For those students that need help or need to be challenged there arent a lot of options or support. The kindergarten teacher is less than warm and welcoming which every new kindergartener needs. I was not impressed by this school and the lack of activities/clubs for the students is sad.Parent Review6y ago - Prairie Knolls Middle School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI don't recommend it and at the same time I do. I just graduated from this place; and rules are not fair nor enforced correctly. Most teachers are nice, mainly the 7th grade teachers are nicer. 6th grade teachers got mad at me on the first day when I went there for not knowing where my Math class was. I'm not saying all of them are bad, but this school needs better enforcment- many vandalizations. But some teachers and kind and helpful.Student Review9mo ago - Check out schools near 43W330 Creekside Ct.
