Im not interested. Only selling because I will remain in New York instead of relocating to MD. Current rent is 800.00/ mo so 9,600 a year so this type of return based in the purchase price is very good.

    "it's low income housing which I'm moving soon , but it's not unique at all it's the struggle low poverty area they try to maintain it but if u ask me I think everyone here should be directed elsewhere where and be forced to work and be self sufficient the people here are carefree have no real means to do better outside of myself. I do not recommend this area to no one and the violence has escalated "

    "Nothing is special about this neighborhood. Besides the price and proximity to job, nothing good about Baltimore. Entirely too much crime. The Baltimore City area is dangerous and dirty. Washington DC is a better place to live. The cost of living in DC is high but the quality is a lot better. Hope this is helpful. If you can afford it move to Washington DC. It’s a no brainer. "
