    "homecoming is a wonderful neighborhood. full of family's that are friendly, helpful and respect each other. dogs on leashes, kids playing and everyone waves like good friends. I love this neighborhood. it is also only minutes to the delta river."

At least forty minutes away from job centers so unless you like to drive on a two lane highway to get to and from work, choose someplace closer to your work destination!"

    "The Vineyard Bluffs is a very unique subdivision in Rio Vista. The lots are very spacious and there are no rear neighbors in any of the homes. There are only 50 homes in the subdivision and the center common area is 30 acres of bluffs, with the center five acres a park area with landscaped grass and trees. It is a very quiet and safe place to live."
