"Halloween and the local schools. Great places for the dogs to roam as well. Grand location for markets. All is convenience. Easy access to the freeway. Not a lot of crime or homeless community. Clean and respectable neighborhood. We decorate for all the seasonal holidays around here . Great for young to old to all ages . "

"Im retired, but traffic is horrible especially in the morning. It’s been made worse by the mayor who took an entire lane of a Main Street just for bikes."

"Nice quiet friendly neighborhood. Easy access to downtown and easy to get around. There is also good Chinese takeout, convenience stores and a nice sports bar all within walking distance."
