"How safe the neighborhood is past history of the house because I love history. Which neighbors the family needs to stay clear of, and how friendly the neighbors are. Where the schools are located."
  • Dottiepacheco33
"It’s ok not great no parking here, have to park in street, a lot of transit going by constantly. It’s pretty quite for the most part though."
  • Sportydestroyer
"Was a working man's neighborhood. Now not so much. people you don't know walking down the streets at all hours of the night. "
  • thetejanotimes
"Very peaceful area! Great nieghbors. (NO PETS)"
  • Randy D.
"Shelton on the North side 1400 Block like most streets in this neighborhood you are able to find affordable housing. Good for first time home buyers, families just starting out, younger couples or college students. Many of the homes have been rehabbed by investors and sold for a flip, this may provide you with newer than expected furnishings. Still deals for Invertors to be found to, so if any of you have Handyman skills or DIY’ers something to look into "
