    "Perry is on Lake Erie and only a half hour from Cleveland nightlife and shopping. The School campus is home to an excellent fitness center and is the main area for community events. It is surrounded by beautiful nurseries but has easy access to I90 when traveling. The Outdooe Family Y is exceptional and the Senior Center has a breath taking view. The small town charm with its many churches and activities makes this a perfect place to raise a family, or retire."
