The home is located in the heart of Berkeley, one of Denver's premier neighborhoods, only 1 block from the action. Plenty of room for optimal privacy .

Very flexible on lease terms. 6 months -1 year preferred, but shorter periods considered. Furnished preferred but open to unfurnished on a longer term basis.

The home is newer construction with 3 levels of living, 2 shared outdoor areas, and a garage. The house will only be shared with 1 other person (me).

Downstairs:

Shared spaces: Living room/Kitchen/Dining Room: Gas fireplace in large living room, 65" TV, gourmet kitchen with gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, coffee bar, 8 person dining table, tri-fold door opening to lush, landscaped patio and yard with BBQ, Firepit, seating for 6 and 2 water features. Access to detached garage as well.

2nd Floor:
For you: Exclusive use of 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom plus the use of the other bedroom for your own separate office (desk, desk chair, screens included). This room also has a twin size bed for guests.

For me: primary BD/BA on the opposite end of the hallway away from your 2 bedrooms!

Shared Laundry on this floor.

3rd Floor: Shared space: Currently set up as a second living room extra bedroom and gym. There is a 1/2 bath, wet bar with refrigerator, large TV, air mattress, weights, and a large deck with patio furniture. I'm open to suggestions for more uses of this area or for you to set up furniture up here if you have it.

1 Car detached garage parking included in price. Some extra storage in garage for your use.

About me: I love live music, hiking, restaurants, travel, art, design, board games, restaurants and breweries. I run a social club in Denver so I am out and about a lot. I have 1-2 parties a year (that are planned well in advance) but my home is mostly a quiet place. I am a night owl, but have lived successfully with early morning and late night people!

    "I live(d), I moved to another area for 2 years, and couldn't move back fast enough. I have lived in this neighborhood for 4 years total, and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I caters to all age groups, life status, gender, race, etc. It is close to all highways, has some amazing bars and restaurants, but most of all safe! I have been to a lot of great neighborhoods in Denver, but I keep moving back here, between the cost, the safety, the accessability, and the great things to do in the area. I plan on living in this area for a long time!!"

Our last house was 1.5 miles away. That's how great this part of town is. A lot of young families, diverse group of people, hip. We live on the corner and see people walking throughout the day.
