3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIn school, I met amazing people during the opening of the school since COVID, But as a kid that just transferred from Rocky Mount Highschool, Rocky mount is doing way better at keeping kids safe than Here. Here's why: Most of the teachers don't even show up to teach the kids and yet they give us a ton of work, then expect us to get it done as if they taught us, THERE'S A SUB IN THE CLASSROOM THAT DOES NOTHING WHILE KIDS DO WHATEVER!!!They Provided no Hand-sanitizer or anything to students. Only very few teachers Had Big Bottles and made sure we used it or reminded us to bring some just in case and actually made sure to clean up every table so that we all don't get what someone else did.They sent my friend home and suspended him because he forgot to put his mask back on from lunch and now he can't come back till Friday.When we need someone to help us, Us kids are working together to get done what the TEACHERS should be teaching us! I mean that's sad, Rocky mount high teachers risked their own health for their students and their own kids to get an Education and helped us out way more than northern nash is doing. The bathrooms are not getting cleaned by the Janitors and the school doesn't feed us enough, do they really expect us to just be fine with a pack of pancakes, with only 4 MINI PANCAKES, Syrup, and Juice, Really? That's sad, and they only give us for lunch the main thing, a vegetable, a fruit, and milk or water. that's why most kids bring lunch like I do because we're always hungry. Only A FEW teachers like I talked about Have taken the Initiative to make sure their students get taken care of and stay in school and healthy and I give them thanks for that. but the school needs to do better than just tell us to keep our masks on, The masks aren't doing anything nor helping, it's the school's Hygiene that needs to get better.AND MAKE SURE THE TEACHERS ARE DOING THEIR JOB!!! Stop leaving us Kids to do EVerything!This is not what our parents make us go to school for. Everyone in the communities weather it's the parents of kids know each other.
