  • Vallejo
"A lot of dangerous areas. Very beautiful homes. Close to American Canyon and freeways. Should do research before moving to Vallejo."
  • Trulia User
"In general, this is a safe neighborhood for children, but I don’t believe that children of single digit age should be outside unattended by an a responsible individual. "
  • Syxsix6

  • Janet q.
"Pretty normal people like be here everyone looks out for each other. Nothing out of the ordinary. Most everyone works mid income level taxpayers "
  • mfambrough
"Live in the area. Low cost area. Safe. No special accommodations for kids, but there are quite a few children here and they are welcome. Nice neighbors overall. Easy freeway access."
  • Skc 1.
"Yes we love to Live at this Part of Vallejo, although some of my family members work in Oakland and Oakland International Air-Port. But commute is not a problem in the USA as most families own more than 2 Cars and there are also all forms of Public Transportations like Ferry to Oakland & San Francisco & Buses crossing the Vallejo Bridge & connecting to the the Bart Transit. What more do you need to convince you to live here in Vallejo, CA. where the costs of housing accomodations are about 20 % lower than El Sobrante, San Leandro, Oakland ,Alameda , Berkeley ,Pinole or San Francisco, and the Crime rate security is better than Oakland, Richmond , Alameda , San Leandro & San Francisco."
  • pjflannery
"Souza Way is a beautiful looking well planned street; however its close proximity to the "Crest" makes it a completely undesirable place for anyone seeking: happiness, peace and a quality life. -- It is unconscionable to find that the Vallejo police will not respond to crimes unless a murder or very serious offense has been committed.
