Two large bedrooms are a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Large master has wood floors and updated wood blinds that are room darkening for those lazy days when you want to sleep in. The second bedroom was used for two children and housed two twin size beds and two dressers and there was still room to play!
Lots of storage available in this home. Many closets and attic storage above garage and house. Attic above home is large and clean and could be converted to living space in the future. Full basement can be used as additional living space. Comfortable feel with carpet remnants it was used as a play area for our kids. There is also a storage room with a door for anything that you need quick access to but do not use often.
The main reason we chose this home was because of the location. It is within 10 minutes of Birch Run if you need anything from the outlets and its also within 15 minutes of Frankenmuth. Just a straight drive down Junction road and you can enjoy all the festivals and fun right nearby! Also two wonderful school systems available for school of choice.

The school is also vary well known for sending out threating litters and sending CPS to your home on false reports to get you to comply to there demands. These are things that has happen to me by this school system and I urge you that if they can to send there children to another school system, do so with most hast. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHorrible School. Looking for other schools closer to me at the moment. Faculty doesn't care about the kids. The ladies in the office talk bad about the parents of the students. My son was bullied and told they didn't see it so there's nothing they can do. Last year the gym teacher SHOVED my son. They've left him outside by himself no supervision TWICE. And just yesterday they put him on the wrong but and didn't know what to tell me. This is a school is not safe for kids. My 9 year old son has went to school here since Kindergarten and at first I thought it was a great school as they were always compliant to giving my son the special services he needed to attend regular classes despite his disabilities. However, this year they have a new special ed director and they are awful!! They violated multiple Section 504 laws regarding the procedures for deciding placement for my son and providing appropriate services needed. I am now moving forward to bring up a complaint with this school with the state for discrimination under the Section 504 procedure requirements.Parent Review11y ago
