Household combined monthly income must be more than or equal to 3 times the rental amount
In addition to the monthly rent, a $17 monthly asset protection fee is due on the 1st of each month for all rentals.
If credit is BELOW 620, a double security deposit or SDI policy will be required. Security deposit or SDI policy is due within 48 hours of an approved application.
