The Guadalupe River is the place to be, and Twilight Point is the place to stay! Located on the Guadalupe River portion of Lake Dunlap, this beautiful home hosts up to 12 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with private water access. Enjoy a swim, play cornhole or relax by the fire pit. Sit on the back deck and grill on the Weber propane grill with ample seating. Parking Space for 3 vehicles.Upon entering you'll be greeted by an open concept living and kitchen area. Just off to your right, is the living area which includes ample seating for your guests with a large sectional sofa that converts into a queen sofa sleeper. Comfortable sofa chair perfect for cozying up with a good book. The dining table comfortably seats 6 (add the leaf in the mudroom and it will seat 10) and has great views of the river.Around the corner from the kitchen/dining area is the mudroom complete with a full washer and dryer, sink, and storage space for all your river clothing as well as the second entrance to the deck.The first door to the left in the living room is the master bedroom where the comforts of the home continue with a cozy couch and a Smart TV mounted above. A comfortable queen-sized bed and private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, a large tub, dual sinks and plenty of counter space.On the other side of the living room, are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a 2nd full bathroom. The first bedroom to the right offers a full-sized bed and twin bunk beds. Next door is the 3rd bedroom complete with a Full over Full bunkbed and Twin over Twin bunkbed. The 2nd full bathroom is complete with a shower/tub combo and full vanity conveniently located to the guest bedrooms.Twilight Point has everything needed for an enjoyable vacation, but its location is almost reason enough to stay here! The home puts you near all the action, located within a short drive of Whitewater Amphitheater, River Road Icehouse, Gruene Hall, Schlitterbahn, Canyon Lake, the Comal River tube chute, downtown New Braunfels, Wurstfest, and much more!No Smoking, No parties. No trailers, campers or RVs allowed. Family friendly home with no tolerance for bad behavior. This house has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. This property has room for 3 vehicles. The host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
