Only one mile from Kennedy Grove Park and a few more to the San Pablo Dam Reservoir. Only 2 blocks away from Olinda Elementary School, which is one of the schools in this school district to win awards for excellence. Close to Orinda Bart and close to Pinole Vista & Hilltop Mall shopping centers, with every imaginable store you would want, Restaurants, and grocery stores, too many to list. Close to Interstate 80 and just as close to Hwy 24. AC transit bus stop right at corner of the house. Beautiful open space going out towards Martinez. Hidden gem, which is why I chose to raise my family here."
