"Every summer there is the farmers market, in the fall is an October market and October fest, Christmas has old fashioned christmas, there are multiple parades throughout the year."
  • Anna.rogers
"I love the quietness, people and location, I try now but would love to buy out here however it is incredibly expensive to buy. The stores are nice, small feel, nice vineyards, wineries, and things to do, great hiking all around as well. "
  • B.boggess11
"We have so many community events and festivals. It’s a small town that wants to stay small and local. We love our wine and peaches! "
  • Katediamond44
"raising our family here and we love it! it's like living in Italy or France with the fresh produce and wine "
  • Hsteele1999
"Yes there is open dog park and friendly people. Not many are afraid of dogs, or any animals at that matter, and will be glad to see a pup around. All the restaurants have outside seating (dogs are welcome here). "
  • Anna Rogers
"Lived here 4+ years love it all. People nice, lots to do, very animal friendly. Love that it’s small and pray it stays that way. "
  • Lzibinski
"They would love it, most of the people around me have pets. There are plenty of posts around town so you can pick up after your dog too. "
  • Lzibinski
"I grew up here and we all look out for each other and watch each others homes when someone is away. This is a great place to live and raise a family. "
  • Dknob30
"We live in a neighborhood that's a buffer zone between residential and BLM. Incredible views and spectacular sunsets. No pavement, just gravel roads and friendly people."
  • shergrd
"canal is too close to the home for child safety. Minimal parking because of narrow canal road and the only parking is in the driveway. Too far to walk to any parks or schools and town. Wood peckers are tearing up the side of the home. The lawn is dead. The canal road is very dusty and behind the property is Russian olive trees, and many other trees and weeds that irritate allergies. Anyone with allergies would not be happy there."
