At the Woodlands, you are an easy drive from everything you need.

We are pleased to say this home is dog-friendly. We will consider up to 2 dogs under 100 lbs. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered). There is a non-refundable pet fee. Animals must be at least one year of age. No cats.

NOTE: Tenant is responsible for all utilities - power, water, sewer, trash, cable, and internet. Lawn Maintenance and pest control are not provided.

Security Deposit: Full month's rent or based on application findings.

Property will be held up to 14 days with good faith deposit upon approved app.
