The huge master suite has plenty of closet space with mirrored closet doors and sliding doors leading to the back yard. The master bath has dual sinks and a privacy door separates the toilet from the vanity area, plus a walk-in shower. The home has a separate laundry room with washer & dryer, and a two-car garage (electric opener) with an epoxy coated floor. The front & side yards are low maintenance granite, with big trees in front. The back yard was also redone. It normally has a nice grassy area surrounded by a low maintenance granite area with low water use flowering shrubs. There is also an in-ground watering system with automatic timer for the plants, lawn and trees.

Energy saving features include a high efficiency air conditioner, ductwork upgrades, duct sealing, extra insulation, ceiling fans throughout, dual pane tinted patio doors in the family room & master bedroom. There are also some important safety & security features. Most of the houses in this area were built with aluminum wiring to all of the outlets & switches. We replaced it with much safer copper wiring, switches & outlets. Cat 5 wire (for secure internet & phone) & cabling for internet/TV were installed in multiple locations in each of the four bedrooms, the living room & the family room. To top off the security & safety features, a security system was installed, along with hard wired smoke alarms and outside dusk to dawn lighting with motion sensors. For additional peace of mind, we recently had the air conditioning system replaced & roof was replaced several years ago, using great looking dimensional shingles.

Located within easy walking distance to the park, weekly Farmer's Market nearby, and recreation center & community pool. This is truly a wonderful home, inside & now available for $2275 per month. Right now, there is a move-in special for a 12-month rental agreement: your choice of $300 off your first month's rent or $50 off each month's rent for 12 months (lowering the rent from $2,325/mo to $2275/mo).
