-No drugs, no smoking, NO PETS, no parties
-Rent is $2800 includes GE tax
-1 year lease required
-Rent includes water, trash, hot water, and the electricity cost for the water heater is paid for by the landlord.
-A security deposit of $2800 is required + first month rent ($2800)
-$49 Rent application fee (application is not through Zillow) for Credit/background check (NON REFUNDABLE) + $10 if self employed for income verification. This is done through a third party called rentprep.

RENTAL PROCESS:

1. Visit the neighborhood.

2. For serious inquiries please make sure that you pre qualify by checking the list above. Message through Zillow or email us to start the application process and to make an appointment to view the ohana. For serious inquiries, we prefer for you to fill out the application prior to viewing the ohana, but it is not required.

Please list each person who will live in the ohana (including children). Application fee is $49 per adult(application is not through Zillow), this will include a background check and credit check+ $10 if self employed for income verification. Application fee is nonrefundable.

3. We will then review background and credit checks, follow up with references, and verify your source of income.
We will need 3 months most current bank statements
2 months of most current paystubs
2 years tax returns
