We are looking for a long term tenant who will love this home and treat it well. Glendale is a quiet street in Upper Darby, perfect for a family.

First floor has a nice front porch/sunroom, living room, dining room and kitchen with newer cabinets, countertops and appliances. 3 bedrooms on the second floor with full bathroom. Basement has a finished den/bedroom area plus unfinished space. The home has some furniture (couch, dining table, bed, TV, etc.)

First Month, Last Month and Security Deposit is REQUIRED prior to move in. You must show proof of $5,700 or more in the bank prior to seeing the property.

We are seeking a good long term tenant. A small dog or cat is fine, but multiple animals or large dogs are not allowed, sorry! Please bring the dog to the showing so we can meet. You must put the utilities in your own name.

Renter MUST pay first month and last month plus a security deposit before moving in.
Utilities must be put in renter's name. You will need about $5,700 in the bank to move into this house. It is in very good condition and we are looking for a long term stable tenant.

People just don’t clean their properties as they should. There is often trash and debris along with animal feces from pet owners that don’t pick up. That reflects on the neighborhood negatively."

    "As far as I know there hasn't been any kind of events. There is hardly any parking due to cars that has been left on the street since 2015 and 2017. Trash isn't collected but once every other week. The driveway has tremendous huge holes and alot of trash. "
