About this House

The unit is freshly painted. Ready to move into.

Owner pays water. Tenant responsible to pay electricity and gas and trash. There is one car parking on pad. Unit has been upgraded three years ago. there is a locked gate to get to front door. Bottom floor unit. Bedrooms are good sized. No smoking allowed in building. This is a month to month rental. But we are looking for long term tenants. Close to the high school and downtown Long Beach, and freeways.
