Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with newer carpets and paint. Situated on a spacious quarter acre lot with large yard, electric hot water, amenities within walking distance, and freeway close. Ready to Rent

Our first request is to go take a look at the property. Feel free to walk around the outside and peek in the windows. Next, we are looking for someone who is ready to rent now and has first months rent and a damage deposit of $400. We also collect a last months rent which is paid in advance or after you move in depending on your credit. If you are curious about pets, dogs cost $50 extra per month and cats cost $100 extra per month. Finally, after you have seen the house: We do a credit check at our expense. Our two big requirements are decent credit and steady employment, if one of these happens to be an issue, please find a co-signer for the term of the lease.
Our leases are 6 months in length and at the end of the 6 months we do a month to month rental.

    "Move here in June of 23. I am quite a senior citizen...very, very nice. To my surprise, many seniors live here. Everyone says hello. Mgt goes out of their way to keep you informed and has pleasant surprises in the lobby. A couple of maint on the grounds all day. No loud cars, immature tenants, etc. If a 1br ap is available first floor with the C - C-Trail just feet away..Take in no matter the price, rent it...to die for. The Gym, really nice. A lot of families with children...Perfect! Dog park is always used, all dogs are on a leash. Yup...5 Stars, well done. Mack Foss"

    "Our access to main arterial is really very good. From where I live the commute to south hill is taking me about 30 minutes. It is worth it to be away from the city. If you try and avoid peak traffic times things go pretty smoothly. "
