About this House

This home is conveniently located in a rural area in the Spring Hill ISD. It has a country setting with freshly painted rooms, vinyl plank floors, and new carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, and microwave with new butcher block counter tops. Rooms have ceiling fans and mini split wall mount for air and heat. The back yard is partially fenced with several storage sheds on the property.

Renter pays all utilities:electricity and water. A pet deposit of $200 is paid in advance, half of which is refundable at move out if no damage is done. A one year lease begins the contract and after a year the lease is renewed on a month to month basis. Rent is due on the 5th of each month. If not paid by the 5th a $5 late fee will be charged each day the payment is late. Any damage done to the property by the renter is to be repaired immediately at the renters expense. No smoking in the house. Applications are through Zillow.
