Plenty of room to run across the street for teaching your child how to ride a bike or play catch at the school.
If you want charm, an oversized back yard with play set ready to enjoy, there is plenty of room to put in a pool and pool house if desired, or even an in-laws quarters.
We have loved this home with many wonderful memories and one such memory was our daughter's wedding reception which our neighbors all enjoyed as well, was beautifully done in our backyard.

Internally:
Master Bedroom: faces the front and master bath has been completely remodeled.

Bedroom 1: You can put two growing boys in this room. We did :)

Bedroom 2: Ready for a young one to grow up in.
Hall Bath: Has been completely remodeled.
1/2 Bath is perfect off of the laundry area for the kids to use coming in and out from the back yard.

Kitchen: Completely Remodeled with Maple cabinets, Granite Counter tops, and a wonderful chef's stove/oven combo. Keep the sliding glass door open, It's wonderful to cook and do the dishes while seeing and hearing your children play in the back yard.

Dinning Room: has a wonderful storage area for your over sized pans and china not used every day. There is a wonderful door that leads out to the back yard and 6' window. It's wonderful to open up the door and window during the spring and fall for the delta breeze we so often have here.

Living Room: Spacious for all your wonderful furniture to fit. We have a lovely fireplace that is wonderful during the holidays or cool nights if you prefer to sit, read a book, and enjoy the added warmth. A hand crafted book shelf is part of the mantel that can hold many books to read.

Family Room: So nicely lit to enjoy for the extra space needed by a growing family with glass french doors. The doors are wonderful during the winter nights when your children want to either play on the computer or enjoy their movie while you and your husband enjoy the living room for a movie or sit and catch up.
There is an added storage area off of the family room that will hold all your holiday decorations and crafts = 6' x 28'.

This home may not have a garage but there is plenty of room to build one. We have "never" had problems with vandalism so maybe you might want to install a carport or add a wonderful electric gate for the front.

You might be thinking, why are they leaving? We are getting old :) and tired of the large yard and need to down size. But you can rest assure we will miss this home which is filled with so many wonderful memories since 1995.
