This is a home on a 1/4 acre with fully fenced yard.It is on a quiet trail street with little traffic.The home has a nice kitchen with all appliances refrigerator, stove with room for a kitchen table,nice size living area,very large bedroom with bathroom.It also has an indoor laundry room with washer and dryer.The yard is large and fully fenced with a super large storage shed and plenty of room to park your cars in yard with large gate.
Animals are welcome with $250 deposit per animal which is not refundable.This home is great for single person or couple just starting out.The house has a brand new shingle roof and has been painted inside and out.Fence all around yard with large swing gate.This home is off Pleasant Grove Rd and super close to all Inverness has to offer.I require 1st month and security to get in which is 2400 plus 250 per pet which will not be refundable.Home will be ready to move in asap.If you would like schedule a viewing please contact me.Also lawn cutting is availble at cheap price and there is a handyman that lives in area to address any problems.The whole house has been painted with a new roof.I just had a nice 10x10 paver patio installed.Kitchen cabinets have been painted.Everything outside has been mulched and new bushes added.If you would like to view home you can call me directly and schedule a walk through.ELECTRIC INCLUDED IN RENT

    "We moved here 3 years ago and I can honestly say southern hospitality does exist, i have noticed the friendliest people I have come in contact with seem to be native Floridians and the other friendly people I have met have come here from many different parts of the country to enjoy warmth, sunshine, and slower paced way of life. In closing Inverness is absolutely on of the most welcoming towns making easier to adjust when moving here from a distance. There is a lot to do and see if you enjoy nature, and community oriented festivities as well."
